Yesterday the Kenya National Theater hosted the Nomination for the 2016 Groove Awards with various acts being chosen in different categories.What surprised many people is the missing of the top gospel musicians like Bahati and willy Paul in the yesterday’s nomination list .

Christian News: 'Keep Politics Out Of Church'
An Anglican bishop
banned politicians from engaging in politics or campaigning during church
services in his diocese, ahead of the 2017 General Election. Speaking during a
rededication service of East and Central Africa’s first St. Paul’s Church Rabai
the church leaders said the move is intended to unite Christian faithful.
ACK Mombasa diocese Bishop Julius Kalu said all
church leaders from the denomination are under instruction to ensure the church
remains neutral and avoids being used as a platform by some politicians to
spread hatred and division among faithful.
